Where I've been

I hold Bachelor's and Master's degrees from Auburn Universisty, both in Industrial Engineering. For the last 25+ years, I've worked as an engineer, mostly in the logistics industry. During that time, I've been a consultant, software engineer, logistics engineer and small business owner. My expertise lies in data modeling and analysis, systems design (both software and physical) and last-mile transportation network design. I am adept at using technology to understand problems and generate solutions. Currently, I am Partner & Co-Founder at Simple Insight Consulting.

Where I'm going

I've been a continual learner throughout my career. Most recently, I've learned to use Power BI to create data visualizations that help clients understand their business and make better decisions. In addition, I've taught myself the Python programming langauge and built a vehicle routing algorithm my company uses for transportation network design. Currently, I am adding web development to my array of tools.
