Safety Reporting

Problem

A client had a database that stored safety incidents and wanted to create monthly summary reports from that data.

Solution

Using Power Query in Excel, I set up a connection to the safety database that extracted and summarized the information into tables and graphs. Due to the data source connection, the report can be refreshed each month and new information will automatically populate it. Additionally, I added an option that will format the report and save in pdf form. An example is embedded below.
